NITTE School of Architecture Planning and Design was established in the year 2016 under the aegis of the NITTE Education Trust. It is a private college, situated in Bangalore, Karnataka. The college has been affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technical University Belgaum. It has been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, Council of Architecture, Institute of Town Planners India and Government of Karnataka. The mission of the institution is to generate professionally trained architects and planners who can develop novel strategies for the creation and administration of building designs. The college also has some notable collaborations such as The Indian Institute of Architects, IGBC, ISTE, CEGR and ASSOCHAM.

The NITTE SAPD Bangalore courses are offered to interested candidates at certificate and undergraduate levels. There are a total of 2 courses offered to students in the stream of architecture and planning. All the courses are offered in offline, regular mode to the students. The NITTE SAPD Bangalore admission to these courses is offered based on the performance of the candidates in the entrance exam along with the last qualifying exam i.e. class 12 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for B.Plan course). Various entrance exams like NATA, KCET, COMEDK UGET are accepted for the NITTE School of Architecture Planning and Design admission.

In order to get admission to the B.Arch programmes, candidates must have earned a minimum of 50% on their qualifying class 12 test in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Math from any recognised board. The duration of the B.Arch programme is five years, while the duration of the B.Plan course is four years. For admission to the NITTE School of Architecture Planning and Design courses, candidates must also have to appear and qualify in the KEA CET/COMED-K/NATA entrance exam. The NSAPD Bangalore fees for the UG courses range between Rs 14 Lakhs and Rs 22.5 Lakhs for the entire course duration.
